PRODUCTION

50 years of tradition in the production of individual parts and components and the experience gained from having manufactured more than 4,000 different parts distinguish our production.

Small- and large-scale volumes are produced on various machines. We focus on turning, milling and machining forged and cast parts. With a large stock of machinery with various machine types including special machines, it is possible to offer a wide range of producible components. Our core expertise lies in machining brass, copper, aluminum and machining steel.

With these products we serve customers in the heating technology, equipment and welding technology, electrotechnology as well as automotive and process technology sectors.

Thanks to further personnel development and apprenticeships on site, we offer high levels of qualification. Coupled with the experience of our team, we guarantee the best possible results.

  • Top measuring technology equipment – e.g. Zeiss Contura, Tesa, Schneider, etc.
  • Quality methods – e.g. Six Sigma, SPC, Pareto, Poka Yoke, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PSP, etc.
  • Quality assurance – including optical Visiomats (camera inspection systems)

 

We have additionally obligated ourselves to adherence to national and international standards – for all internal as well as external processes. Our certifications according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 underpin our commitment to outstanding and sustainable product quality and process quality.

 

ENGINEERING

With our Engineering division, we ensure the implementation of your requirements in subsequent production.

We accompany the analysis and implementation process all the way to serial production, and also ensure that our many years of know-how flow into the design of clamping instruments and tools. This guarantees process optimization in the long term. We would be happy to accompany you through the development stage of your product with our expertise.

ASSEMBLY

Component assembly of our own productions is part of our day-to-day business. Every action is performed to perfection and we are proud of the quality and performance of our employees. Our Assembly division extends from simple assembly tasks all the way to putting together highly complex gas fittings.

We have many years of experience in the field of heating technology as well as in the automotive industry.
