Who we are.

We offer user-orientated solutions and produce articles for our customers. In addition to production, we offer development and design know-how, assemblies and, through our partner network, surface refinement. This allows us to provide comprehensive solutions from a single source.

Our 50 years of experience and history are our strongest testimony. We see ourselves as a partner in the areas of heating and sanitation, equipment and welding technologies, electrotechnology as well as automotive and process technology.

TRAINING NETWORK

The Roding training network (AVR) consists of three company partners Continental, Schweizer Group (bankruptcy) and HKR GmbH & Co KG.

AVR provides training in the following professions in the metalworking and electrical industries:

  • Mechatronics engineer
  • Cutting machine operator/Industrial mechanic
  • Tool engineering technician and foundry engineer
  • Automotive software developer
  • Technical product designer
  • Materials tester

As a result of training in the network system with our trainers, who have many years of experience, it is possible to provide outstanding and conscientious training. The partners in the network are mutually complementary in terms of hands-on vocational training. In this way, all of the individual training companies together are able to offer a wide range of training content.

AVR celebrated its 10th anniversary on 21 September 2018.
